An super old mobile telephone (Mobira handset) is housed in a case that big enough to hold all the components needed for a complete computer. The Finnish modder Jani Pönkkö has removed the guts of this 25-year-old mobile phone and stuffed it with all the necessary electronics to form a media PC.

The receiver of the telephone has been stuffed with a status LED, a sound card, a speaker a WiFi card and there is a an 128×128 OLED panel at the top. The main unit contains the motherboard, monitor and audio portage and a solid state drive with 32GB capacity. Power and USB cables are connected to the main unit through the curly cable of the telephone.
The size of the Mobira handset is the challenge to installing cooling system into this PC case. But the modder is happy as he could maintain the PC in the original size of the Mobira telephone but the little downside is it’s kinda noisy not suitable to be used as a home cinema PC. It took 40 hours for the modder to complete it. The clip below tells more about it and you can get more pictures here.
