Suzuki is the name always associated with bikes and cars. But Suzuki now wants to share a bite of the “netbook” cake, having created their first netbook called Neutron 701 MNI, which features a 7.1 inch touchscreen display.
The Suzuki Neutron netbook is a convertible to a tablet PC with a screen that swivels around. It’s powered by an Atom Z520 processor, supports up to 4GB RAM, with 3 USB ports, a VGA port, Express Card slot, 1.3-megapixel camera, a 5-in-1 card reader and supports connectivity including Bluetooth, WiFi b or g and the obsolete 56K modem.
The best of this netbook is the expandability of the RAM for up to 4GB which has exceeded most netbooks that can only go up to 2GB. The 7.1-inc screen is definitely too small for most users, a 10-inch would be more comfortable for most people to work on. The price is still unknown. Hopefully it’ll come at an affordable price.
