
Samsung ST1000 is a GPS-equipped digital camera which has got more details and pictures leaked before its official announcement. The most prominent feature of the Samsung ST1000 is as what the title says, it supports GPS and geotaging for the photos you take using this Samsung camera.
The Samsung ST1000 comes in a compact body that packs with a 12.2 megapixel sensor, 5x optical zoom Schneider-Kreuznach lens and a 3.5-inch touchscreen display that supports finger gestures. It also supports various photo-taking technologies such as image stabilization, face detection (blink, smile detections etc), touch focus, 10 shooting modes and sensitivity ranging from ISO 80 to 4800.

The ST1000 camera also supports WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity. And there is also a telltale “GPS” module at the top. This camera will be officially unveiled on August 13.
