Rumors claim that the upcoming HP smart phone, iPaq K3 Obsidian to come with both a full QWERTY and an AMOLED touchscreen display.
Most smart phones with a touchscreen will normally lose their QWERTY. A good example is the Blackberry Storm, which comes with a touchscreen, but having the physical QWERTY omitted. The HP iPaq K3 Obsidian is definitely an exceptional one in this case.

The HP iPaq K3 Obsidian is claimed to feature a 2.46-inch Touch-AMOLED display, with QVGA 320×240 resolution. Other goodies on this smart phone are a 3.2 megapixel, Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS, 256MB RAM, microSD slot, micro USB, GPS and powered by the 528Mhz CPU.
