Modu phone is a tiny cellphone that comes with interchangeable cases to allow different function on it. Such as a music case of the phone allows the phone to have more music features. A GPS case allows it to have the GPS navigation capabilities etc.
Currently, there are only four cases available for the Modu phone, which provide different features on it. The phone itself is quite basic, features only a 1.3 inch OLED screen, Bluetooth, but without 3G and WiFi. On Modu’s todo list, they will later add a music case, which provides a larger JBL speaker to the phone, and also touchscreen case that adds touchscreen capabilities.
The Modu phone is also claimed to be lightest and smallest phone, weighs only 1.41 oz. It’s got five navigation keys and the two standard green and red call buttons. But overall the UI seems unpleasant. Anyway, the basic Modu phone is now available with one case for only $130 outside of the US.
