Spec Computer has announced a less cumbersome sleep pattern analyzer, called the ZZZ Checker. The ZZZ Checker is unlike other sleep analyzers, which is one that does not need you to wear anything on your wrist or head.
Instead, this device is equipped with various audio and visual sensors that are able to figure out all the weird activities involved in your sleep pattern such as tossing and turning, snoring or grinding your teeth. It can then determine whether your sleep is qualified as light, medium or deep and also show the number of hours that you’ve spent in each level.
The ZZZ Checker is priced more expensive than any average sleep analyzer. A price tag of $248 that will mostly attract only those who are really serious in improving their sleep quality. Anyway, it’s only available in Japan.
