If you wonder how a mobile phone would look like in year 2020, Trou shall be able to give you an answer. Trou is a cellphone that comes with no display. Instead it projects Hologram as seen in sci-fi movie.
Trou is a wrist-worn cellphone as shown in the picture above. The phone shall work in a way that when a call is established, the one on the other side of the phone shall be projected as an 3D object – a Hologram on the wrist of the user.
Trou is just a concept. It’s been proposed for the Future Mobile competition. The idea of Trou suggests that the area conventionally used for a display in today’s mobile phone would be replaced by a hole that allows the user to wear the phone on the wrist. And some more Trou will be made of flexible and softer materials. It projects 3D holography on the wrist, which replaces the conventional display of a cell phone.
