Some offices may mind the employees use too much toilet paper. The stingy bosses may wanna find ways to save toilet paper. Now there is a machine from Japan that will be able to save and even create toilet paper for you and your office.
The Japanese machine is able to recycle waste paper and turn it into toilet paper for holding or wiping away your office waste. But it seems like this toilet-paper making machine is not so productive, as it needs about 1,800 sheets (or 7.2kg) of used A4-sized paper and takes two hours to produce only two rolls of toilet paper.
The machine itself is also a massive beast which weighs 600 kg. And it is not hard to imagine this machine shall take up pretty much space in your office. The company that makes this machine is called Nakabayashi, which they plan to roll out these machines in August in Japan and aim to sell 60 units in the first year. Each machine costs a whopping price of $95,000. And the running cost is unknown. How much cost on toilet paper can you save a year by having this machine? The ROI is definitely is definitely super slim.
