The DigiLife DDV-JF1 is a HD video camera that comes with a built-in LED pico projector. This camera is capable of recording video at 720p HD at 30 frames per second.
You can also get this device to shoot video at lower resolution of 848 x 480 and you will get a higher frame rate of 60 frames per second with the lower resolution. The DigiLife video cam is equipped with a 2.5-inch LCD display for viewing recorded footage or you can choose to shoot the video onto a wall using the built-in projector. The projector is able to produce picture with 640 x 260 pixel resolution on the wall.
The pico projector of this device is kind of power-hungry when in use. The battery life will drop significantly when the projector is used. Provided mains power is available everywhere you go, then this shouldn’t give you much problem for watching your recorded footage on large screen when you’re travelling.
