Iomega has added new models into its eCo line of portable hard drive. The highest available storage capacity in this line is now 500GB version.
The eCo portable hard drives sport an anodized aluminum shell and they include the Iomega’s Drop Guard which is for the protection of data on the drives and allows the drives to survive from drops of up to 51 inches. This figure is 40% more “droppable” than the industry average.
