
Toshiba is ahead of many others, having rolled out the word’s first laptop that comes with 512GB SSD storage. The newly announced Toshiba laptop with the 512GB SSD is the Toshiba Dynabook SS-RX2.
This laptop comes with a 12.1 inch screen, and has an impressively long battery life that can last up to 12 hours. The Toshiba Dynabook SS-RX2 is anchored with a Core 2 Duo proc, measures less than 25mm in thickness, and weighs less than 2.5 pounds (1.13 KG).
Unfortunately, this laptop is only available in Japan. There is no information whether it’ll make its way to the States. It’s expensive, carries a price tag of $4,400, due to the huge SSD which costs round $1,500. It comes packed with Windows 7.
