LG has rolled out their first wireless full HD LCD TV, LH 80 Series in Korea. The wireless LG HDTV allows video players to beam HD video wirelessly to the LG TV.
This wireless LG TV is equipped with the newly developed “Media Box” which includes an LCD TV Tuner, HDMI hub that makes receiving HD video content wirelessly possible. My guess is there may be a need for the video player to be hooked up with a transmitter to wirelessly beam over the HD video content to be displayed on the LG LCD TV.
Besides, the new LG LCD TV is also equipped with USB ports that allow you to directly playback those video clips on an external USB hard drive or flash drive.
This newly announced LG LH 80 Series are available in three sizes, which are 42-inch, 47-inch and 55-inch. The 55-inch model costs around 2,990 Euros. Note: the girl in the picture is not included.
