Ennova Direct Corporation (DBA ION Technologies) has introduced a new USB flash drive that comes with a built-in OLED display. This little OLED display on the flash drive is meant for additional security, where it has a built-in biometric fingerprint scanner that needs users to authenticate via it before being able to access the data on the drive.
The user needs to swipe the finger across the sensor, and the OLED screen will change color depending on if it was successful or not. The OLED display of this flash drive also provides an interactive interface which allows the users to select files and functions from the drive itself.
Another plus is this USB flash drive features a retractable USB connector, where there is an integrated cover, when closed protects the USB connector and the biometric fingerprint scanner at the same time.
