We’ve seen quite a number of USB display adapters before, which are little USB dongle-like devices that plug into your computer’s USB port, to provide connectivity to different types of monitor display, such as HD, VGA etc.
OWC (Other World Computing) has now brought to us another choice – another USB 2.0 display adapter. This little device works both for PC and Mac to the users add multiple displays. The device plugs into a USB port, you can then connect to different types of displays via HDMI, DVI or VGA cables.
The OWC USB display adapter supports full 32-bit color and allows maximum resolution of 1600 x 1200. You get up to six adapters to clone the primary screen or extend the computer to six displays. Included with this device are a USB to DVI adapter, DVI to VGA adapter, DVI to HDMI swivel adapter and a four foot USB 2.0 cable. You can the device from OWC for a price tag of $100.
