FusionIO plans to roll out a new SSD storage card, called ioDrive Duo that comes in the form of a PCI Express card that goes onto your motherboard directly.
The ioDrive Duo will be available in 160GB, 320GB, 640GB or 1.28TB of storage capacity and delivers high speed of read and write bandwidth of 1,500MB/sec and 1,400MB/sec respectively. The smallest three models will be available next month but the prices haven’t been disclosed yet. The 1.28TB model can only be expected in the latter half of 2009.
