		<description>My neighbors netbook stopped working. All I see is the display background, but no icons, no start menu, nothing, but that and the cursor. CTRL + ALT + Del does nothing either. I tried turning the power off too. Would taking the battery out do any damage? If any other help, that would be awesome.
