Insight Foot Care Scale is a special scale that is specially designed to ease the diabetic old folks for checking the bottoms of their feet for erythema and signs of inflammation. This special scale is equipped with a mirror which you can take a look at it to know the condition of your feet without having you to bend down or to twist your feet.
This foot care scale is nothing too much more special than a digital scare, excepts it has a mirror which allows ease of checking of the feet. Diabetic patients shall always take a frequent check of their feet, take good care of them to avoid or early detect foot pain, swollen feet, severe dry skin, tingling and numbness, and fungal toenails. Just stand on the scale sit on a chair, relax, lift your feet above the scale, the bottom of your feet will be shown on the mirror of the scale. So you can straightaway know the condition of your feet, for early detection of any problem of them.
As for the scale itself, it’s equipped with a monochrome digital display that shows you your weight. It’s a handy one to be kept in the bathroom of a diabetic patient, even though it’s little more pricey (costs $100) than any average digital scale.

Hi,
Full disclosure…I work for the small (4 people) company that makes this scale. Just wanted to be clear that it is very difficult to see the bottom of your feet while actually standing on the scale. You stand on the glass to get your weight reading, then step off and hold your foot over the mirror to check out the bottom of your feet. After stepping off the scale, there are Cue Lights that will light up to remind you to look at your feet. They stay on to help you see the reflection and the mirrors are magnified to make it easier to identify any problems.
Thanks for the review and feel free to contact me if there are any other questions. We hope everyone likes it and we can help to avoid a few of the unnecessary amputations every year!
