
Casio CA001 is a special cellphone that is made for Japan only. The phone comes with embedded piano software developed by Yamaha, and it’s best used for learning some piano-playing skills on the road.
The Casio CA001 cell phone is a clamshell phone that weighs 122g and measures 50 x 109 x 17.8mm. Two colors, yellow and brown, will be made available and scheduled to be released likely in mid of Feb by the Japanese operator KDDI.
This phone features a 3.1-inch swivel IPS LCD display with a hidden alphanumeric keypad, 5-megapixel camera that supports autofocus, GPS, Bluetooth, IRSimple, with built-in memory of 512MB that can be expanded via microSD card, and audio/video on-demand. And it’s also got the common features found on Japanese cellphones, such as 1Seg TV, e-Wallet etc.
There is no pricing info for this phone for the time being. It’s definitely one what the future pianist, to keep your fingers busy on the piano keyboard while you’re on the run. Take a look at the video of the Casio Piano phone in action.
