
Toshiba TG01 is super thin smartphone that comes with a wide 4.1-inch WVGA touchscreen, and it is based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon platform. The phone measures 9.1 mm in thickness, and the wide touchscreen provides a resolution of 800 x 480 pixel.
Other features found on the TG01 are the HSDPA connectivity, GPS, WiFi, microSD slot and the custom Toshiba 3D GUI that adds more usability to the Windows Mobile 6.1. This Toshiba smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm’s 1GHz Snapdragon chip, which is claimed to be faster than device has in the market, carries a slogan that it’ll revolutionize the mobile entertainment world.
The chip may give the DivX support on this smartphone, more information will be expected at the Mobile Word Congress, and also a launch thereafter.
