The Eyeclops Bionicam is a handheld microscope that allows the users to magnify things around them for up to three levels of magnifications, which are 100x, 200x and 400x.
The Eyeclops device is actually intended for kid use, which is nice for those who need to pick up some micro science. Using this portable microscope allows the kids to see clearly how the microscopic world looks like.
This Bionicam has a 3-inch color LCD display that shows you those captured and magnified images. This little device seems to be pretty power-hungry as it needs 5 AA batteries which are housed in a corded battery pack.
The device is capable of capturing static images at 1024×768 resolution in jpeg format and video at 320×240 in AVI format. The recorded images and videos can also be stored onto a USB drive. Eyeclops do include a 32MB USB flash drive which allows you to transfer those images and video out, so you can upload and share with your friends online.
