Just in case you haven’t heard of. At CES Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer announced that Windows 7 would be available to TechNet and MSDN subscribers starting yesterday. For the public, non-subscribers, free download is available starting from today. But you need to be the first 2.5 million people to hit the download button of the Windows 7, then only you get the free deal.
At the Windows 7 Product page, you’ll have choices of two versions of Windows 7, which are the 32-bit and 64-bit version OS. The beta Windows 7 will expire on August 1, 2009.
