It shouldn’t be a big surprise that we still need fax machines these days. You may face some of your customers asking you to fax them your quotations, product brochures etc. They seem to prefer hard copy of information than the soft copy.
But due to the demand of your customers, you may have been forced to have lots of paper scattered around in your office, which is a hinder to achieve what you call a “paperless office“. Here comes the Panasonic’s newly launched paperless fax machine, KX-PW 608, which delivers and receives your fax messages without needing a single piece of paper.
The Panasonic’s paperless fax machine is scheduled to hit Japan in January 23 but no word to go outside of Japan. This paperless fax machine comes with a built-in keypad, which you can use to type your messages. It also allows to send documents saved in Word or other formats without having to use a PC.
It also comes equipped with a big LCD screen, which allows the users to read and forward the fax messages without having to print them out on paper.
