LG has unveiled the first 3G/HSDPA wrist phone, codenamed LG-GD910. This wrist phone will also be prepared to be displayed at CES 2009.
The phone comes with 3G high-speed data connectivity. Equipped with a 1.43-inch touchscreen LCD, I wonder what you could do on the tiny-sized LCD display on this phone. The high-speed data connectivity, HSDPA, will only be useful when it comes to heavy downloading of music from online music store.

The other reason for this watch phone to be equipped with high-speed data connectivity is it needs it for video conferencing calls. Yes, the little watch phone comes with video conference capabilities, making it handy to have any video chat sessions with your pal, business partners etc. With the high-speed data connectivity, it shall have smoother video streaming on this watch phone. The wrist phone is also capable of TTS (Text to speech). It’s aimed at the Korean and European markets only and no word whether it’ll be heading to the North America.
