The use of cellphones has raised many worries of the EM radiations would eventually cause tumors, cancer in the brain or making your sperms stupid, causing infertility etc.
Of course, these days, cellphone is a must almost for everyone. And we seem to be unable to live without cellphones. In order to counter the radiations emitted by cellphones, a Belgian health products company, Omega, plans to launch a chip, called E-waves chip, which claims capable of countering potentially damaging radiation from mobile phones.
The chip has been tested by Omega, to be able to offset electromagnetic radiations from the phone, reducing the symptoms such as headaches or loss of concerntration which might have been commonly seen with mobile phone use. It also neutralizes the heating effect within the body produced by EM signals.
The chip has been rolled out to Belgium for a price of $50. And the company plans to roll out to the rest of cellphone radiation fearing countries in 2009. There will be different versions of devices that are equipped with the chip, such as devices to be used in the car, linked to a computer and in the home.
