
Kenwood has recently rolled out their new audio gadget, CR-iP500, which is an iPod dock that comes with various goodies.
This iPod dock comes equipped with FM tuner that can store up to 30 station presets. It’s also equipped with dual 80mm full-range drivers that are able to deliver a 2×5 WRMS power. It also has a built-in CD player and a USB 2.0 jack that offers alternatives to play the CD tracks and playback MP3/WMA audio files directly from USB memory sticks respectively.

It comes with a remote control too for easy operation. The Kenwood CR-iP500 has is compatible with 4th generation of iPod, including iPod, iPod nano, mini, classic and touch. It’s also capable of recording audios in MP3 file formats by offering options of 256/192/128/96kbps for its bit rate.
The device weighs 2.9kg, measures 371 × 175 × 187mm, with a power consumption of 23W, and scheduled to hit Japan in early December for a price of $280 or ¥27,000.
