We’ve seen many tiny projectors, all say they are the world’s smallest. It maybe hard to argue or define which one is actually the smallest. As components keep downsizing, so I believe the latest that I’ve seen should be the smallest. Here comes the Pico Cube Projector which also claims itself as the world’s smallest projector.
How small is Pico Cube? The maker says it’s only about the size and weight of a hen’s egg. This tiny projector has a full codename called Pico Cube EPP-HH01, which is made by Epoq. The entire projector measures only 2.2 x 2.2 x 1.6 inches across. You can simply use your two fingers to judge – the thicker dimension of this tiny beast measures only mere 2.2 inch.
This tiny projector is capable of projecting VGA resolution images from its LCoS image chip. Its light source is a 3W LED light that gives a 80:1 ANSI contrast ratio. It’s also capable of projecting video for you in comfortable clearness. Amazingly, it also comes with a built-in speaker, making it super handy for impromptu business presentation. It’s ready to ship this month for a price of $230 only.
