Sony Ericsson and Fossil have teamed up and developed the MBW-200 watch that lets you control your cellphone quietly. This watch will be useful for the forgetful geeks, lets say, while you’re in a meeting or class room which you’re required to have your phone silent but you forgot to do so, till many eyes are starring at you that you’ll have to search in your bag or pocket, hoping to turn the loud ringing phone as quickly as possible.
The Fossil watch is equipped with Bluetooth technology. As long as your cellphone is turned on with its Bluetooth and paired with the Fossil watch that is strapped on your wrist, you’ll be able to use the watch to control the phone. Such as rejecting, and answering calls and even muting the phone.
Some more the watch also works as a remote for shuffling the music list on your cellphone. On the watch’s OLED display, it also clearly shows you the incoming calls’ caller ID and buzzes you every time when there is an incoming call or text message.
The MBW-200 watch comes in three conservative designs which are themed as Sparkling Allure, Contemporary Elegance and Evening Classic. It’s scheduled to hit the market some time in Q4. The price of this watch still remains unknown currently. These watches seem to be intended for the ladies.
