Shareaholic – is one great Firefox Add-on which allows you to use your Firefox browser to submit to a numerous social networking sites including Digg, StumbleUpon, Twitter, FaceBook and many more.
This tool is handy, when you use it with your Firefox browser. Installation is similar to other Firefox plugins. Once you’ve got it installed, you’ll find a little green icon that is next to the address bar of your Firefox browser. Click on the that green icon, it’ll show you a menu that contains a handful list of the social bookmarking websites. Just click on any one of them to submit the currently opened web page on your Firefox browser.
The tool also shows the basic and necessary information for some social bookmarking sites, when you highlight on the bookmarking site on the menu before submission. Such as for Digg, it shows the number of diggs and the comments of the web page that you’re currently viewing.
Shareaholic supports up to 21 social networking sites including Delicious, Digg, Facebook, Foxiewire, FriendFeed, Google Bookmarks, Google Reader Health Ranker, Kaboodle, Magnolia, Mixx, MySpace, Pownce, Reddit, Simpy, Streakr, StumbleUpon, Truemors, Tumblr, Twitter, Y Combinator. It shows only 9 on the green icon’s menu by default after the installation. To have more bookmarking sites appear on the menu, just go to Firefox’s Tools, then add-ons, then click on the Options of the Shareaholic add-on, you can then add more networking sites.
