TokyoFlash – the famous Japanese watch importer has added a new watch called Negative in its line. The Negative watch is designed to let the users to be able to tell time by having only a quick glance at it. It’s said to display time in the negative space.
The Negative watch comes in two color options which finish in either polished silver or polished black. Negative watch shows the time on the negative space. Meaning the unlit parts on the Negative’s LCD screen are where the time digits are shown. The watch also features a multi color LED light guide, which the watch can be backlit by any one of the seven user selectable colors, which makes this watch truly impressive at night.
The Negative watch also lets you choose between a vertical or horizontal display. And various goodies including several alarm functions, 12/24 hour mode and multi-color mode, sending all LED colors into a frenzy when the backlight is activated. As mentioned the unlit parts on the screen showing the digital numbers and they’re surrounded by the lit squares. This creates a subtle optical illusion effect, giving the watch a unusual mystique and making it easily readable by human eyes.
