Some pics have been found on Mobile01 forums (Asus Forum), which hints that Asus is prepping a new cellphone that seems to be a great challenger for the Samsung Omnia.
The device is claimed to run Windows Mobile Professional as the OS, and appear to be equipped with a WQVGA (or WVGA!) screen, which is similar to what the Omnia has. It is also equipped with a front facing camera which hints it is a 3G capable device. Other goodies that can be guessed based on the pictures including WiFi and Bluetooth connectivities, and the use of a trackball on the D-pad.
You’ll also get memory expansion via the microSD card slot and also the USB connectivity allows you to synchronize your data to and from a computer. The device is assumed to run at least Windows Mobile 6 as the operating system. At the back of the device, a 5 megapixel camera is found there.
