When you think of NAS, the first thing in your mind is a storage that is attached to the network that gives you lots of storage space to store your data. But you’ll probably never think of that a NAS has a Blu-ray recorder built in it.
The LG NAS, N4B1 is most probably the first and the only one, a network attached storage that comes with an integrated Blur-ray recorder. With the integrated Blur-ray recorder definitely gives you the handiness to record all your precious data from the hard drives of the NAS onto those optical discs.
This gives extra security to your data, which you can always carry another offside backup, burning those precious data to Blur-ray discs. Hard drives these days are not that reliable, which anytime they could stop spinning that makes you data unaccessible.
Other than the built-in Blu-ray, the LG N4B1 NAS also comes with 3 USB ports and 1 e-SATA jack, which allows you to plug in USB flash drives or external SATA hard drive for quickly copying some data. The LG N4B1 NAS supports up to 4TB (4 HDDs) and measures 190 x289 x 280 mm. It’s definitely something much handier than your average NAS.
