LG KC910, the successor of the LG Viewty, is a new LG cellphone that has just been announced. The LG KC910 cellphone is an all-in one multimedia cellphone, which features an 8 megapixel camera, and great supports for both music and video.
The LG KC910 cellphone comes Dolby sound for music, and DivX and XviD support for video playback. This cellphone has a thickness of 14mm only, which is claimed to be the thinnest cellphone in the market that features a high-res camera of 8 megapixel. It’s also equipped with various photo shooting technologies, such as Xenon flash, Schneider-Kreuznach lens, ISO up to 1600. And for the video, it’s capable of capturing video in VGA resolution at 30fps and in QVGA at up to 120fps for slow motion effect.
The cellphone also comes with the geotagging capability, as it’s equipped with a built-in GPS, which is one great feature found in latest cameras, which allows you to tag those photos with the coordinates of where the photos are taken. The phone seems to have more emphasis on its camera. Besides the mentioned, you’ll also find the camera of this cellphone supports manual focus, face, smile and blink detection and digital image stabilizer.
The KC910 supports quad-band GSM, and also the high-speed 7.2Mbps HSDPA. And you also get Bluetooth 2.0 and Wi-Fi connectivities on this cellphone. Some other goodies include a microSD card slot, which allows memory expansion up to 8GB, and it features a 3-inch WQVGA 240×400 touch display. If the display isn’t big enough for you, you can make use of its TV-out to hook up to a TV for watching images and video on a much larger screen. The information is unclear if this new cellphone will run the same interface found on the LG Viewty. You’ll know when it hits the market in October this year.
