Solar necktie
Iowa State University has created a handy necktie using newly created solar fabrics. The necktie has lots of solar cells which are arranged in a grid that can absorb sunlights effectively and turn them into juice for your gadgets.

The solar necktie has one handy pouch sewn into the back, so you can simply slot the gadget needs to be charged into the pouch, which allows you to carry it around while getting charged. It’s definitely handy for the office workers who need to wear a necktie at work. But I think it’ll surely add little burden to your neck, as it needs to sustain the extra weight of the gadget in the pouch.

The solar necktie is still an experimental product of the research team, which there is no plan yet for a mass production. If you’ll have no choice that wearing a tie is a must at work, then you could make use of the solar neck tie to keep your gadgets juiced up. But these days, geeks will normally work in an environment that needn’t you to wear a neck tie.
