Somehow people love weird clocks, especially those with pretty confusing clock face which are hard for you tell time by simply taking at a first glance. Here comes the Stonehenge robotic digital clock which also belongs to the confusing crocky group.
Stonehenge Robotic Digital Clock presents you a high-tech robotic hand which is meant for rearranging a set of 14 cards, which each has two digits with one on each side, used to indicate the time. Of course, this definitely shows too much as a clock, but it’s something quite unique which you would want at your work or living space to show your status as a geek.
The 14 cards of the Stonehenge Robotic clock are arranged in a semi-circle around the robotic arm. And the software loaded on this clock is able to keep track of how or where those cards are located. The cards are made from simple foam-core, but they also have a set of neodymium magnets on the bottom, which stick to metal screws around the base. This ensures that those cards always get put back to the exact same position, minimizing small errors caused while those cards are being moved around.
Perhaps this clock sounds like a great idea to some people. If you ain’t mind that it needs you to sacrifice some time to get it working well for you. Such as changing the time display from 12:09 to 12:10 will take at least 50 seconds for the robotic arm to adjust its position. It’s undeniable that it isn’t a clock that you can rely on for not to be late to work anymore.
