I’ve been introduced with the website I Dose, which is a website that is loaded with some beats that are said best used for changing your mood, state of mind, and consciousness. And of course, the effect should be a good one i.e. it probably helps boost your mood when you’re down or getting sleepy as I’m now.
The I Dose website delivers the so-called Binaural Beats, which are said to affect brainwaves, and will give stimulation of you in different states, such as changing your moods, behavior and consciousness etc. I’ve tried a few of them, streamed over and played. While played using the built-in speakers of my laptop, I could only grab the little soothing effect. The site recommends to use a pair of headphones for the best effect.
Yeah, I’ve got hold of my headphones now, and playing the beat “Inspiration and Creativity”, which is claimed to stimulate inspiration and creativity. It’s like a jungle beat, but I don’t like the background sound which sounds like some kind of machinery or a turbine, which is running at a growing frequency before it settles down at a steady rate. Sorry, I don’t like this beat that much, as it makes me shivering a bit.
I’ve tried a few of them, such as Relaxation, Meditation and Lucid Dreams. Most of them come with a background sound that runs at certain frequencies which I don’t feel comfortable with it. The Meditation beat sounds not bad, except the background tone which is kind of disturbing to me. Check it out yourself at I Dose if you wanna have a try, or perhaps some of them will really relax your mind and boost your mood. But it could turn out to be the negative effect, as I mentioned the background tones make me shivering….Thanks Keinan

thats not a background noise its called BInaural. bi means 2. thats “background noise” is something that actually makes it work.
