For those of you who never heard of Hasselblad, it's not a new company. They've been around for decades, but as mentioned in the review, they are very expensive and therefore Hasselblad is pretty much only known by professionals. My dad was in the Navy during the 60's, doing photography - they had Hasselblads, but only the top guys were allowed to use them; the novices like my dad had to use less expensive brands like Mamiya.

I first heard about Hasselblad cameras in April. They are surely the cameras for the super rich or the super pro.

Back in April, I mentioned that Hasselblad’s flagship camera is the H3DII which costs more than RM120,000. Swedish camera manufacturer Hasselblad is at the very top of the game, its achievements include being selected as NASA official camera provider: and famously not one but three Hasseblads were carried aboard the Apollo 11 mission. That means possibly the most famous photograph ever taken was taken with a Hasselblad.
