Nokia has been using the term classic for quite a number of its handsets lately. Maybe this term will give consumers the implication that old is good or classic wouldn’t sound too expensive, when you first heard of it. No matter what the term classic is referring to, the newly introduced Nokia 6212 classic isn’t any old handset with non-impressive features that is in your mind now.
The Nokia 6212 supports the 3G Internet connectivity that provides high-speed Internet which allows users to share content, access services and information conveniently. The Nokia 6212 comes integrated with Near Field Communication (NFC), which allows users to use the handset for conducting payments and ticketing by simply tapping the device.
The NFC also allows the users of this Nokia handset to swap items like business cards or calendar notes by simply tapping their handsets together. That is the way how Nokia makes it so easy for the users to exchange information and content using their handsets, to cope up with today’s rapidly increasing functions and services. The handset’s NFC tags can be personalized by the users, no matter it’s meant for writing calendar entries or setting the alarm clock. Each purchase of the Nokia 6212 will come with a three sticker tags, which one of them is for opening the NFC introduction in the handset itself.
The Nokia 6212 classic will be hitting the Europe and Asia, sometime in Q3 this year, and will retail for for approximately 200 Euros before taxes and subsidies.
