You’ll probably love the idea of being able to stay connected on your IM even though you’re away from your computer. Even when sitting in front of the TV, you still can get your fingers busy typing on a little device , having instant messaging sessions with many of your friends over MSN, Yahoo IMs.
The VTech Comm’s newly released IS6110 cordless phone is best used for instant messaging at every corner at home. As long as you have the base unit that comes with it, hooked up to the USB port of your computer that provides the Internet connection.
The VTech IS6110 cordless phone features a full-fledged QWERTY keypad, which you can keep your thumbs busy with those IM sessions. The press says that this cordless phone offers free access to MSN(R) Messenger, Windows Live(TM) Messenger and AOL(R) Instant Messenger. But it seems like they’ve missed out a few important such as Google Talk and Yahoo Messenger etc.
The IS6110 cordless phone also includes other nice features such as such as a handset speakerphone and phone book directory. It’d be nice if VTech could look into making this cordless phone waterproof, so you could keep yourself busy with your IM friends even though you were sitting in the bathtub.
