I'm really amazing on how someone is finally putting in serious time into making use of fibre optic cables that would go into this new type of network, but being able to use the existing fibre optic network in place would really save on implementation costs. - I can't even fathom how the desktop computer to be obselete, but the way that it's described would make for an increase in all areas of the computer's future including storage and speed. The thing is, with the changes to the design of the desktop/laptop we are all used to, what changes would have to be made for the new generation of computer interation from the end-user's standpoint? - The grid is amazing.
