How great it is being able to watch mobile TV on a mobile phone. Thanks to Panasonic, which has unveiled bringing the plasma screen technology that was only seen in HDTV before, to our portable gadgets and mobile phones. Panasonic has announced that they’ll develop a new low-voltage (1.5v) plasma technology which will enhance the OLED displays in brightness, thinness, and contrast and can be manufactured with lower cost. Making it possible to play high-definition video and imaging on mobile phones.
Panasonic’s plasma screen will be rolled out to AT&T customers to let them enjoy mobile TV on the go. Subsequently, the technology will roll out to gas pumps, ATMs, and on HP printers with an exclusive 2-year deal.
