These days we all do our work on our computers. All documents are in the form of soft copy. But when coming to faxing the documents to your business partners or customers who’re still relying on fax machines attached to traditional fixed phone line, you’d have to print the documents on papers, and then fax it over using the fax machine.
It’s somehow pretty inconvenient especially for geeks like us who hate papers being scatted around. But we surely have to admit that not everyone in the society has adopted online services such as emails, e-fax, web etc. There is really no choice, in order to suit the other group of people who’re still in the dark side of Information Technology, we’ll have to print the documents in hard copy and fax over using a fax machine.
