Asus showcased Bamboo-made laptops, mini computers concept

Nowadays there are numerous products heading towards the green side. As we all know that our planet will be suffering, running out of resources if we don’t take action from now. So, now Asus has the intention to join the green line, which they’ve showcased their idea of making computer and notebooks out of environmentally friendly materials such as bamboo.

A couple of Asus’ products that will be made of bamboo including notebooks, LCDs and Mini PCs etc. And they’ve claimed they’ve ironed out special manufacturing process to tackle these materials, make it durable enough to hold those electronic components inside. Perhaps, we’ll also get to see a Bamboo version of the Asus EEE UMPC in the near future.
