AquaSkipper lets you fly across the water like ancient Kung Fu kids!
Big fans of Chinese Kung Fu movies surely know those Kung Fu kids in the movies can easily fly themselves across the river or lake. As been told by some ancient stories originated from China, this type of Kung Fu needs many years of practice, which is the technique to hold the “Qi” or air flow in one’s body, lifting the body above and moving fast across water. And this technique has vanished through many hundred years and doesn’t exist anymore in these modern days. But, no worry, today’s technology seems to have brought you closer to what the ancient Kung Fu kids could do - flying across the water in high speed. AquaSkipper is one these technologies that we’re talking about here.

The AquaSkipper is an unusual water contraption that rests on hydrofoils, lifting it above the water and moving you faster than all other human-powered watercraft. You skim across the water with your feet on the platform and your hands on the handles — simply hop up and down to propel yourself forward.

The Aquaskipper is light weight at 26 lbs, and it’s made out of aircraft aluminum and fiberglass. It has a wingspan of eight feet and it’s six feet long when assembled. It can reach a top speed of 17 mph!
