We have the PocketGuitar for guitarist to play tunes on iPod touch or iPhone. We have one for the pianist too – the iAno, which turns iPhone and iPod touch into a piano. The iAno application takes the advantage of the multi-touch capability on iPhone or iPod touch and make them simulate a complete four octave keyboard with realistic piano sampling sounds. One great feature of the iAno app is it allows you to play along with the iPhone/iPod’s MP3 player. The iAno app was developed and just released by the developer, Mr Aardvark. And the guy has plan to expand the app to include more features. I know this is an older post, but thanks for writing this. I just came across the app this morning. There was a kid playing “clocks” the tune by Cold Play and I thought wow… what a neat app for song writing. I’m going to check it out.
