Great news for guitarists who own an iPhone, now you can just make use of your iPhone to churn out tunes. You’d definitely love this great capability added on to your iPhone. It’s definitely much handier than bringing around a guitar. Just bring along your little iPhone anytime you have a chance to go on stage to perform.
The software called PocketGuitar, makes your iPhone to work like a guitar, developed as a Google Code project by a guy called Shinya Kasatani. Before I forget, the software works for iPod Touch too. You can also download the songs that you’ve produced during your long guitar sessions onto an iPod for play back.

Great idea but it’s a bit expensive, i hope a third-party manufacturer will do something like that in a cheaper standalone product.
