A new cellphone has been launched by Samsung, which is the Samsung F490. The phone features 5 megapixel and full touch screen. The Samsung F490 didn’t make it into CES 2008, which triggered some speculation that Samsung might want to save it for the 3GSM show in Barcelona next month.
Anyway, the phone has been launched, it’s not part of CES 2008, in a little low-profile manner. The offical specs are as follows:

Overall, the Samsung F490 is a slim device pretty good for phone calls, media playing and Internet browsing. The little dissapointment is it offers 15 fps video recording. The expected price is 500 EUR and be available in Europe first. As shown above is the official press pics.
