Yeah, you have a really big office space, and you wanna send messages to your colleague sitting at the far corner. Well, you want more immediate response, or perhaps your colleague is some kind of freak, who neither stays online using IM nor checks his email frequently. If waving your hands and shouting at him wouldn’t be a good choice, here comes an alternative that lets you send messages over the air in a big office space – by using the Lampex USB Magic Wand.
The Lampex magic wand lets you hook it up to your computer’s USB port, and you can preset the message that you wish to display. When you want the immediate response from your colleague, you can then simply wave it around in the air to get his attention and your messages will be conveyed to him directly. The wand comes equipped with LEDs, while you wave it, it changes the LEDs to display the appropriate characters and your message appears.
I think this magic wand is best used by soldiers in the battlefield. You know, as technology advances, even soldiers would bring along a rugged laptop in the battlefield. So, they can have this magic wand hooked up to their laptop and exchange messages over the air while other means of communications all break down.

So, this is something I have long wanted. Is there a US distributor? Consider: I will place this in the rear window of my car. A selection of messages will include:
1/ Please do not tailgate
2/ Please turn off high beams
3/ Stop honking, I know you are there.
4/ Emergency, call 911
It turns out that with these devices, normal saccadic eye movements will allow you to see the messages.
