Reading the link:
- the gizmo needs to touch the guy to shock him - that means this is not the “distance” type taser.
- the mild zap does not go thru clothing.

Cute for a kid, though 195 volts is not much. Our smallest stun gun is the Talon Mini, 80,000 volts. Also, this is NOT any type of Taser. It does not shoot out electrified darts, so this is not accurate. This is pretty much a joke, though I guess that is all they will let you own in Japan? Kind of like those shock rings you got when you were a kid. Shake a guys hand and they get a little shock.
If you want to take some punk down that is breathing too close to you, try the 650,000 volt The Runt Stun Gun, guaranteed to turn any pervert into a pile of Jell-O.
