Don’t you know that chocolate tastes the best when it’s at a temperature of 22° C? So, to get the best taste out of your chocolate, you’ll either need to heat it up till 22° C if you live in the cold country or cool it down to 22° C if you live in a hot environment. In order for you to tell easily if a chocolate bar has reached this optimum temperature, the Japanese company, Morinaga has included a tiny chemical thermometer on the wrappers of their DARS chocolate bars.
This chemical thermometer has three different color spots, which are violet, pink and washed-out pale pink. The one in the middle, pink, indicates the optimum temperature, 22° C to put the chocolate bar in your mouth to melt. Besides, the company also offers regular customer to grab a special chocolate storage drawer that you can store your chocolate bars in it to maintain the optimum temperature, 22° C!
