If you happened to have found a very old set of TV chucked in the dark corner of your store room, perhaps you could probably turn it into a PC case mod. As shown in the picture a 40+ year-old Soviet television set was turned into a high-tech box which its inner beauty is the modern day’s computer that runs Windows operating system.
It was a 1961 Soviet REKORD tv set, was turned into a fully functional computer system by a team of talented case modders. The system is self contained comes loaded with everything as a complete set of computer. It has all you need including monitor, subwoofer and speakers built into the case, and a wireless mouse and keyboard for controlling the PC.
This antique TV set is housed by an antique wooden case, which it might give you worry if it could stand the test of termites. Other impressive mod works including the old style toggle switch is now used as the computer’s on/off switch, the REKORD logo has become the push-to switch of the monitor and couple of motion-sensitive LEDs that imitate he flickering of an old television.
